Does Dr. Patel do IME (Independent Medical Examinations) for permanent disability?

Does Dr. Patel provide expert witness testimony for malpractice/slip and fall/MVC litigation?

Does Dr. Patel provide virtual appointments?

Yes

Does Dr. Patel abandon his patients after operating on them delegating me to a Physician Assistant or Nurse?

Absolutely not.  He routinely calls all his patient after they go home from surgery and is always available for questions.  He is known for even calling patients back while on mission trips in Africa. 

Does Dr. Patel do my surgery or is it residents/fellows?

Dr. Patel does your ENTIRE surgery. He will NEVER run two operating rooms or do concurrent surgery.

Teaching is instrumental to developing the next phenomenal generation of neurosurgeons.  Residents may be involved in your care, if they are you will be informed, and you will NEVER be a teaching case.  Dr. Patel is YOUR surgeon, and he will be performing your ENTIRE surgery.

Does Dr. Patel accept donations to his charity from patients?

As much as we appreciate the gesture, we have a policy that we do not accept monetary donations from patients as to preserve the patient-doctor relationship.

May I get involved in his mission trips if I am a patient?

Yes, many patients have helped with the orphanages and homeless outreach projects. 

Does Dr. Patel charge a fee to give a lecture or presentation for a medical conference, church group, community center, etc?
